Payment, Shipping, Returns
We currently accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. At this time, gift certificates may only be redeemed in-store.
Willy & Babbish Boutique charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. At this time, Willy & Babbish Boutique only ships to locations within the contiguous United States. Shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses or APO's.
Willy & Babbish Boutique will process and ship your order within (2) business days of receipt. Orders are subject to merchandise availability; we will contact you by email or phone if the merchandise you have ordered is not currently in stock. You will receive an email confirming your merchandise has been shipped, including a tracking number.
If a package delivery is refused by the customer for any reason, or is returned to Willy & Babbish Boutique undeliverable due to an incorrect or invalid shipping address, the order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded, less shipping fees.

Instructions for returning your merchandise:
- If possible, pack your merchandise in the original shipping packaging.
- Include a copy of your original invoice in your package. Please circle the item(s) being returned and note a reason for return (ex. fit, color, not as expected, etc.).
- Return your package to us using the delivery service of your choice. We recommend using a delivery service that offers tracking and insurance. Willy & Babbish cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit or damaged due to improper packaging. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (we will only pay return shipping if the original shipment was sent damaged, defective, or in error).

Once we receive your return:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within (7) days. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
In-store returns: You may also return your merchandise to our boutique located at 36355 Front Street, Suite C, New Baltimore, MI 48047. Bring in your item(s), the credit card used to make the online purchase and the original invoice. We will credit the purchase price of the merchandise in addition to any taxes you were charged. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
